ADO Group entered into the cement sector with the establishment of a grinding and packaging facility in 1995/Antalya. Our company, ADOCIM CIMENTO BETON SANAYI ve TICARET A.S. extended its investments nationwide with a vision of manufacturing high quality and reliable cement and concrete materials complying with the standards through the demands and requests of our customers.

Our active plants: 

1.       Antalya Plant (Since 1 May 1996) 

2.       Marmara Plant (Since 01 September 2006) 

3.       Antalya Cakirlar-Ready Mixed Concrete Plant (Since 21 May 2007)

4.       Tokat-Artova Integrated Plant (Commenced operations on 18 of December 2007)

After obtaining regulatory approvals and completing the due diligence process,  a 50% equity stake in Adocim Cimento Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S was purchased  by Titan Cement Group, a multinational cement manufacturer, by signing the final purchase agreement on 17 April 2008 

Titan is an independent cement and building materials producer with over 100 years of industry experience based in Balkans, the Group operates in 7 countries, owning 12 cement plants. In 2007, the Group sold over 16 million tons of cement and its materials, 6 million cbm of ready mixed concrete, 20 million tons of aggregates and various other building materials like concrete blocks, dry mortars etc. It operates four plants in Greece and also two in the United States, two in Egypt, and one each in Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia.
